Gambling Blogs Are Fully Updated to Show Americans Where and How They Can Continue Using Casino and Poker Sites Online

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) June 26, 2007 -- Two blogs, which have been running since last October to help Americans find out where and how they can gamble online, have announced a complete update of all the information featured on the site.

Before the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act was tacked on to the end of the Safe Ports Act in October 2006 there were an estimated 12-20 Million gamblers using the internet to enjoy their pastime, and this number dropped rapidly, as many Americans found it almost impossible to continue, and many poker and casino sites stopped taking US custom.

However the number of US based players is on the rise again, as the law becomes foggier and unclear, and as Americans find ways to legally continue gambling online.

One way of finding out is through the two blogs which have been spreading the word, and helping Americans legally gamble since the ban UIGEA was brought into power.

http://unitedstatesofpoker.blogspot.com and http://uscasinos.blogspot.com contain all the information a US based player would need to know to carry on playing the games that they enjoy, quickly and easily. Now both sites have announced a total update, to give players all the information they need at their fingertips.

Although it is still legal to gamble, it can be hard to find out which sites still accept US players, and how you fund your account. This is because the law has prohibited US financial institutions from conducting transactions with gambling sites.

This has forced US players to look for other ways to fund your account, and both sites have full instructions now on how to do this.

Both sites also have a complete and up to date list of rooms which are still accepting US players, which is changing all the time, as certain rooms stop, or sometimes start, accepting Americans.

Although many big companies stopped accepting US players, there are still some very big and well known sites which will still take US money, and these sites are reporting great player numbers since the UIGEA came into force. All these sites are reviewed and discussed on the two blogs, so that players can choose which room they should play at.

Site owner David Chance set up the blogs to try and help prevent the government from making the game disappear altogether from the US market. He says ' US citizens are supposed to have freedom of choice, and freedom to do what they want with their own money, and if they can show the powers that be that there is a significant number of US citizens who still want to play poker or use casinos online, then they should take the opportunity to do it.

The way things are going at the moment, with more players returning to the game as they find out how, I can really see the ban being reversed'
